How we handle your data
Your files are deleted after delivery (no later than 14 days after, so a revision is possible) and are never pasted into outside AI tools. Send only the columns we need; never send passwords, card data, health information or government ID numbers.
FAQ
Is this tax advice?
No. The tracker organizes your data. You or your CPA decide what to file. Reporting thresholds and rules are in the IRS instructions for Forms 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC; set the threshold in the tracker to what your CPA confirms.
Do you collect W-9s or TINs?
No. Do not send TINs. We flag which vendors are missing a W-9 on your side.
