HubSpot to GoHighLevel Field Map Generator

A HubSpot contacts export can have dozens of columns, and many of them are HubSpot system or analytics properties you do not need in GoHighLevel. Load your export below to get a field map: which GoHighLevel standard field each column goes to, which columns need a custom field, and which to skip. It runs in your browser and only the header row matters.

How to use the map

1. Create the custom fields listed in the result in GoHighLevel first.
2. Delete the Skip columns from your CSV, or leave them unmapped on the import screen.
3. Format phone numbers with the phone number format fixer.
4. Import a small test batch, check a few contacts, then import the rest.

Things the map cannot carry over

• Activity history, emails and notes are not contact fields.
• Deals import separately, as opportunities, with pipeline and stage names that match the ones you create in GoHighLevel.
• Workflows and forms need to be rebuilt.

Why keep the HubSpot Record ID?

It lets you trace any GoHighLevel contact back to the original HubSpot record if something looks wrong after the move.

No. The file is read in your browser only.
