How we handle your data
Your files are deleted after delivery (no later than 14 days after, so a revision is possible) and are never pasted into outside AI tools. Send only the columns we need; never send passwords, card data, health information or government ID numbers.
FAQ
Do you need our login?
No. Screenshots or an export plus the error are enough for written fix steps. If you want us to apply it, invite a limited user and remove it after.
What if it cannot be fixed?
We tell you why in writing and refund you in full.
